Pho Kobe is a Vietnamese restaurant situated in Victorville that serves up hearty bowls of pho alongside an array of traditional dishes like spring rolls, fried rice, and vermicelli plates. The interior offers a straightforward, clean dining space with plenty of seating, making it a comfortable spot for both solo meals and family dinners.

The highlight here is undoubtedly their pho, with options like the Pho Trio featuring a mix of rare beef, brisket, and tendon, and the Pho Chicken showcasing a flavorful, well-balanced broth. Visitors who appreciate generous portions of quality meat will find Pho Kobe stands out in the high desert scene, as the protein is mostly lean and tender rather than overly fatty or chewy. Alongside the soup offerings, their spring rolls and fried rice carry a fresh, made-to-order quality that complements the main dishes well.

The atmosphere tends to lean casual and inviting, with friendly front-of-house staff and a glimpse into the kitchen's lively energy, where the cooks are known to have fun while preparing meals, adding a bit of local personality to the experience. It’s a place where local families and pho enthusiasts often gather, and it works well for a relaxed lunch or dinner, especially during daytime hours when the service and food consistency are noted to be strongest.

Those who enjoy a mix of Vietnamese comfort food with a no-frills setting will appreciate Pho Kobe. It’s also a spot that balances value and quality, with reasonable prices for generous servings. Some visitors do mention the digital signage inside as a bit intrusive for the otherwise calm vibe, so it’s something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to bright, flashing lights.

Overall, Pho Kobe is best suited for people looking to enjoy authentic pho or Vietnamese cuisine in a neighborhood-style restaurant setting, particularly during daytime hours. Whether you’re craving a satisfying bowl of noodles with quality cuts of beef or an assortment of classic Vietnamese rolls, this place holds up as a solid local choice in Victorville’s dining landscape.

Absolutely love it here. The food is good, love hearing the guys in the back having fun singing. They are so friendly. The Pho is AMAZING, it's clean and flavorful. I get the Pho trio w rare beef, I love it. My husband gets the pho w 2x brisket and rare beef. My boys get boba drinks and they really like them. This is a great place to sit, relax and enjoy

I would come here for pho mainly because of the quality of the meat they don't serve you 80% cartilage it's actual all meat when ordering beef or any other type of beef for pho. Good prices for its food. Last place i tried pho more towards Hesperia the meat was dam near all cartilage or just chewy meat.i recommend this spot. Best spot for pho in Victorville idk but good place to eat yes

My go-to in the high desert for Pho! I definitely prefer going in the daytime when the owner and the daytime chef is there the food and service is much better then. Indoor dinning is always clean with plenty of seating. I just can't deal with all the blinking digital signs they have, it ruins the chill ambience and gives me a headache.

This was my first time visiting, and I can definitely say one of the best pho restaurants in the desert. I had the Pho brisket and spring rolls. The pho broth was very well made, they don’t skimp out on the meat or the noodles. The spring rolls were fresh and large, great for the price. The staff was accommodating, efficient and kind considering how busy they were. The establishment had traditional vietnamese decor and everything is very clean including the sauce bottles. So 10/10 would recommend.

I would say the food is inexpensive and pretty good for the price. When I came the restaurant was packed and the staff are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend for anyone. The food is a bit salty to my taste but I think it satisfies the majority.
